Problem Note 58493: SAS® Drug Development 4.5.3 - Some SAS® Sessions and Jobs can show as broken in the web user interface

In SAS® Drug Development 4.5.3, some SAS® Sessions and associated Jobs can show as broken in the web user interface. This can happen when the SAS® Drug Development 4.5.3 servers are restarted. In these cases, previously Active sessions can show as Broken. Deleting the Broken sessions might fail using the web user interface.
To obtain a fix for this issue, contact SAS Technical Support.
